Early and late effects of high- versus low-dose Angiotensin receptor blockade on renal function and outcomes in patients with chronic heart failure.

High doses of angiotensin receptor blockade with losartan (150 mg vs 50 mg per day) was associated with a decreased mortality rate, in spite of an increased risk of worsening renal function.  (JACC Heart Fail. 2015 Mar;3(3):214-23.)
